Conducted with you lying comfortably on a treatment bed, this one-on-one SOULL™ session works directly with your energetic field to address areas of imbalance that may be contributing to emotional discomfort, mental strain, or a sense of disconnection from your true self. These imbalances often develop gradually through stress, unresolved emotional patterns, or prolonged over-identification with the thinking mind. The session focuses on gently restoring coherence and flow within your energy rather than attempting to force change.

Sessions take place in a quiet, private space, with you lying down and fully clothed throughout. Depending on your needs and comfort level, the session may include brief conversation, guided awareness, and hands-on or hands-off energy healing. There is no requirement to talk or analyse during the session unless it feels supportive. Each session is tailored to your current state, with the intention of supporting energetic balance, integration, and alignment with your true self.
